An event for longevity based on the therapeutic power of Conscious Connected Breathwork.
A 4 day event  that combines the ancient breathing technique believed to enhance longevity and experiential games to uncover your unconscious death urge.
A powerful and insightful combination that shakes off the shadows of literal and metaphorical death and re-installs and or enhances your passion for life.
Breathwork clears negative imprints from yorur cellular memory through the power of your breath.
By connecting with your breath rythme you unlock the potential that is hidden within you and can align with your true potential and your destiny.
Who is Matoula?
Matoula has studied Counselling in Integrated Psychology, Shamanism, and is an accredited and certified Breathwork instructor and trainer with the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.
She helps people connect with their true talents and gifts and to become empowered in their unique journey to evolution.
Through your work with her, you will find ways to manage life and the challenges in a meaningful, simple, harmonious way, with openness and love.

Her vision is for all people to be empowered to fulfill and create their destiny free from their fate, from past ancestral wounding, family myths, and negative personal beliefs.
She is located in Athens, Greece, and works in person and online globally.
She serves the International Breathwork Foundation as the National Representative for Greece.
