Anu is a dedicated Taoist healer, yoga teacher, and holistic guide whose work is deeply rooted in the wisdom of nature’s effortless flow. Inspired by the teachings of Dr. Masanobu Fukuoka, she explores the Dao in the manifested world, studying the rhythms of the natural realm to uncover profound insights into healing, vitality, and balance. Through Tai Chi, Daoist breathwork, and intuitive movement, she harmonizes the body’s inner elements, aligning with the forces of nature to support deep regeneration and self-healing.

Her journey into Taoist wisdom led her to develop a unique healing protocol that works with brain waves and cellular respiration, allowing the body to revitalize itself from within. With a master’s degree in Indian philosophy and kinesiology, Anu also integrates her understanding of Advaita and naturopathy, bridging Eastern traditions to offer a truly holistic approach. Born in India, she was introduced to yoga from an early age and studied under the lineages of Swami Rama and Dr. Om Anand.
