Yoga, Mindfulness & Total Relaxation, 4-11 June 17

Welcome to a truly amazing week where you will have the chance to“Connect to your truth”, practicing Yoga with Thuli Whitehouse.

During this week we will have a yoga class each morning and in the afternoon a mix of physical asana and other work. You will learn the basic moves of Forrest Yoga and use your breath to authentically inhabit your body and calm your mind.

OUR YOGA TEACHER THULI

Thuli comes from England and has been both practicing and teaching yoga for many years. A few years ago she found Forrest Yoga – and finally she found her Yoga-home.

Forrest yoga has been developed by Ana Forrest, over the last forty years, as she observed the needs of herself, her students and her culture.

EXCURSIONS

Lunch on the beach in Lefkos

One day we spend on the beach in Lefkos with its amazing white sandy beaches. Here, you find several long beaches with fine white sand and crystal clear water. We will take you to one of the best fish restaurants on the island!

Beach visit to AgioTheodoros

Another day we spend the day on the beach in the lovely bay of AgioTheodoros on the south tip. Here you find healing clay in the mountain and lovely turquoise water. We will eat a delicious lunch at the local tavern.

Visit to the mountain village Olympos

In the northern part of Karpathos, Olympos is hidden in the mountains. The place is famous for its traditions and folklore. Women wear their traditional costumes with scarves around the head and colourful, joyfully embroidered camisoles.

MEALS

Healthy living is important to us, so we put a lot of thought into the meals we serve.

We use vegetables from our own organic garden, and lunch and dinner are tasty and nutritious Greek dishes homemade by our chef Dina. We also have a wide variety of fruit and vegetable juices available.
