We will practice yoga, but also take the time to enjoy the surroundings and enjoy a lovely beach excursion one of the many beautiful beaches the island has to offer. Here we will also enjoy a delicious lunch.

We visit the mountain village of Olympos which is tucked between the mountains, north of the island. The village is famous for its special traditions and way of life. The women go dressed in their traditional colourful costumes with embroidered aprons and headscarves. Olympos is, by many Greeks, referred to as a museum of architecture, ethnology, linguistics and musicology. We will eat dinner in the village and enjoy a wonderful sunset.

There will be time to enjoy the sun, beach and the amazingly beautiful sea. We have two beaches in walking distance from the Retreat, hammocks in the trees and sunbeds for lazy afternoons.

This week we serve vegetarian food throughout the week. As far as possible we use vegetables from our own organic vegetable garden.
