Gong
Vi ønsket å bringe opplevelsen av gong til alle retreatene våre. Derfor gikk vi til anskaffelse av vår egen. Solgongen er kjent for vibrasjonsfrekvensen lik solen, derav navnet. Hva folk flest kanskje ikke vet, er at praksisen med gong går helt tilbake til antikkens Hellas og dens formål var å trene deltakerne i å kontrollere frykt. Mystikere i østen sier at en gongterapi kan likestille med mange hundre meditasjoner.

We wanted to bring the experience of gongs to all of our retreats, so we got one of our own. The Sun Gong is known for its vibration frequency similar to the Sun.
