Welcome to our 7-day Detox-Fasting & Yoga Retreat at the breath-taking place Kathy’s Island Retreat.

This retreat has been designed to help you to regain your energy, support a healthy weight loss and to reset your entire body. According to the results of a pre-retreat, personalized health assessment, you be able to fast on alkaline juices or if necessary, to eat a detox-diet. You will be assisted by the knowledgeable Naturopath, Rose Chamberlain, who has years of experience in assisting clients fasting and detoxing. We provide a nurturing environment, and we have a wholehearted healthy approach which will help you make positive changes to your lifestyle and health.

EDUCATIONAL TALKS
During the week you will be educated in:

FOOD

During the week, we will serve delicious and nurturing freshly made juices, home-made vegetable broths and other vegan dishes. You will have the option to include certain superfoods in both liquid and food based form in your diet.

YOGA:
This week we will offer calm and gentle yoga exercising fitting the energy of the week. We will practice yin yoga and focus a lot on pranayama and meditation. This week is about finding peace inside, moving slowly and give both body and soul the rest it deserve. We will be gentle and kind to ourselves, follow our needs and enjoy each moment of the week.

RELAXATION:
We are situated right in front of the turquoise colored ocean and we have two beaches in short walking distance from the Retreat. We have hammocks in the trees, sundeck chairs and other sitting groups around the garden.
