Climbing & Yoga Retreat, 18-25 June 17

Kathy’s Island Retreat is now open to climbers, beginners and experts alike. Just a couple minutes’ walk from Kathy’s Island Retreat you will find about 50 climbing routes established for everyone to try.  There are 25 beginner routes, 18 medium and 7 expert ones with an opportunity for 30 more.

Climbing

This week we will have a professional and expert climber with you to ensure that you can enjoy your climbs in a safe and protected way.  She will guide us through the different routes and take us on really interesting hikes.

Yoga

Our in-house yoga teacher will help us stretch on a yoga terrace only a few minutes away from the sea, teach us the basics of pranayama (breathing) and guide us in meditation. An expert physiotherapist will be on standby to relax those worked out muscles after an enjoyable day of climbing and yoga.

Within a short and beautiful walk along the coast, you will find two exclusive beaches with gorgeous turquoise waters. We will enjoy 3 tasty and healthy meals per day accompanied by fresh fruit/vegetable juices. The actual Climbing will last for 5 days but guests can arrive earlier or leave at a later date in case they want to combine it with a more relaxing holiday experience, subject to availability.
